ArchLIGHT Summit Goes Blue
ArchLIGHT Summit continues to support the growth and reach of our next generation in the design build community. Not only do we have a special agenda created for Students but also specific session that are targeted to support their growth and development in the design / build community.
Each year, we work with colleges and universities to invite their students to attend for FREE and get a first hand look into the world of architecture and lighting design. With approximately over 200 students in attendance in 2023, ArchLIGHT Summit continues to partner with the IALD Education Trust to provide sessions and dedicated tours aimed at this audience.
The IALD Education Trust will be onsite assisting with student activities. As part of the educational activities organized for students and educators, IALD President Andrea Hartranft, FIALD, and Trust President Jill Cody, IALD, will present on the IALD and becoming a lighting designer.For information about student activities, please visit the ArchLIGHT website: https://lnkd.in/gMAAedXW or email may@iald.org for more information about onsite Trust activities including a Private Dinner - "Design & Dine" on Tuesday evening following the Casambi Happy Hour.
This special event is a new private event that is raising funds to support the IALD Education Trust and its student stipends to attend events such as ArchLIGHT Summit. Supporting sponsors get the opportunity to dine with key specifiers / lighting designers in a fun hosted dinner that provides a great atmosphere for networking and collaboration. All in support of the next generation of lighting designers.
